Just print a copy of this certificate and take to your eye doctor to get your FREE pair of PureVision2 Contact Lenses
You need to take the certificate to the physician who has your eye prescription on file in order to get the contact lenses in your prescription
*I get my eye exams @Walmart & when I take the free contact certificates they give me the contacts FREE no problem:)
